Twenty minutes with a specialist on Zoom. We ask what brought you here, explain what a brain map does and does not show, and tell you honestly if mapping is not the right first step. This is a conversation, not an appointment for a brain map — there is no charge and no obligation.

Stage One

Comprehensive Brain Map Analysis

£990

Covering both appointments

  • A comprehensive brain mapping QEEG recording using a state-of-the-art gel-free sensor cap
  • We compare your results against a normative database, which is then analysed by a member of our clinical team
  • You are invited to return for a second appointment approximately 7–10 days later, where we provide you with a comprehensive and detailed 40-page report clearly illustrating your brain functionality
  • At that appointment we explain in detail what your results have revealed, and formulate a proposed personalised treatment plan built around them

Stage Two

Ongoing Care

Only ever what your results actually point to. Every treatment plan is individually formulated and designed to meet the specific needs of each patient.

  • Ongoing care may include psychotherapy, either at our clinic at Ten Harley Street or on Zoom
  • All psychotherapy treatment plans are individually formulated and designed to meet your specific needs

Ongoing care

Transcranial Photobiomodulation

The helmet itself, yours to keep

  • Where appropriate we may recommend a photobiomodulation helmet
  • We individually design a treatment protocol for the helmet’s use, based on your brain mapping analysis results

Insurance and referrals

We can provide documentation to support a claim, including for WPA. Whether a policy covers brain mapping depends on your insurer and your cover — please check with them before booking.

Paying

Fees are confirmed in writing before anything is booked, and there is nothing to pay until then. If you would like to talk through cost before committing, raise it on the free consultation — it is a fair question and we would rather answer it early.
