Brain Health for the People Your Business Depends On.

A clinical brain health programme for leaders and teams, delivered at Ten Harley Street. A psychological assessment, QEEG brain mapping and brain health blood tests show what sits behind stress, fatigue and falling focus, and each person leaves with a protocol built around their own results.

What Sits Behind the Pressure

Ongoing pressure shows up as poor sleep, low mood and lost focus long before anyone calls it a problem. The programme measures what is happening underneath, person by person.

Stress & Burnout

A nervous system stuck in overdrive: racing thoughts, chronic tension and the exhaustion that follows a long stretch of pressure.

Focus & Performance

Concentration that no longer holds, slower decisions and the sense of working harder for the same result.

Sleep

Difficulty switching off and waking unrefreshed, which feeds straight back into mood, patience and judgement at work.

Low Mood & Motivation

A persistent flatness and loss of drive that is easy to mistake for a performance issue.

Brain Fog & Fatigue

Slowed processing and mental exhaustion. The blood tests also check for the metabolic and vitamin causes that a brain map alone cannot show.

Long-Term Brain Health

A clear baseline for senior people who want to protect their cognitive health, including those with a family history of decline.

One Complete
Programme.

Every person who takes part follows the same clinical pathway, from a first assessment to a protocol built around their results. It all takes place at Ten Harley Street, with assessments and reviews available on Zoom.

How It Works for
Your Organisation

01

We talk first.a free conversation, no obligation

We start with whoever leads wellbeing in your organisation: what you are seeing in your teams, who the programme is for, and whether it is the right fit. If it isn't, we will say so.

02

A personal assessment.on Zoom, one to one

Each person begins with a pre-brain mapping psychological assessment, so we understand their profile and the pressures and experiences behind how they are feeling.

03

Mapping and blood tests.at Ten Harley Street

A comfortable, non-invasive QEEG recording with a gel-free sensor cap, alongside brain health blood tests taken on site. Nothing is introduced into the body during the mapping, and there is no downtime.

04

Results and a protocol.reviewed with a clinician

A clinical review brings the brain map, blood results and assessment together. Each person then receives a post-mapping review and a treatment protocol formulated around their own results.

Brain Health
Blood Tests

Our standard blood tests for brain health check for general metabolic issues, vitamin deficiencies and organ function that can impact on cognitive function, while specialised tests can also look for specific Alzheimer’s proteins.

Routine diagnostic blood tests for brain health, including memory loss and cognitive issues

Vitamin B12 and Folate

Deficiencies can cause confusion, memory loss and fatigue.

Thyroid function (TSH, T3, T4)

An underactive or overactive thyroid can affect brain metabolism and alertness.

HbA1c and Fasting Glucose

Measures blood sugar to check for diabetes, which affects blood flow and brain health.

Liver and Kidney function

Ensures that metabolic waste is filtered properly, preventing toxins from affecting mental clarity.

Inflammatory markers (CRP)

Checks for chronic systemic inflammation that can influence cognitive decline over time.

Advanced Alzheimer’s biomarker tests: not standard tests, but recommended where appropriate. We are also able to measure, through blood testing, specific proteins linked to neurodegeneration.

Amyloid-Beta and Tau proteins

Detects abnormal protein accumulation associated with Alzheimer’s disease in symptomatic patients.

Neurofilament Light Chain (NfL)

Indicates active nerve cell damage and neurodegeneration.

Your Team’s Minds Deserve
Time in the Diary.

Ongoing stress can affect sleep, mood and focus long before it shows up as absence. A brain map, blood tests and a clinical review replace guesswork with measurement, and give each person a plan they can act on.

Questions From
HR and Directors

Is everything confidential?

Yes. Each person’s assessment, brain map and blood results are confidential to them and their clinician. Nothing about an individual is shared with the employer without that person’s written consent.

How much time away from work does it take?

The psychological assessment and the reviews can take place on Zoom. The brain mapping session is in person at Ten Harley Street and takes 45–60 minutes, with blood taken at the same clinic.

Is a brain map a medical diagnosis?

No. A QEEG brain map supports a healthy lifestyle and informs the protocol; it does not diagnose a medical condition. Where results suggest something needs medical follow-up, we will say so and recommend the person speaks to their GP.

Is the brain mapping safe?

Completely. The sensors only read the activity the brain already produces. Nothing is sent into the body, nothing is invasive, and there are no side effects.

How is the programme priced?

The Apex Protocol is £2,950 per person. Optional additions, such as the transcranial photobiomodulation helmet or interim brain mapping at four months, are priced separately and only recommended where a person’s results point to them. Get in touch to discuss a programme for your team.

Who is the programme for?

Leaders and senior teams under sustained pressure, people in high-performance roles, and organisations that want to take brain health as seriously as physical health. Every person starts with an assessment, so the programme meets them where they are.
